The Affinity Bariatric Porter chair has a weight capacity of 35 or 40 stone and uses the BLTR action. This gives the user separate control of the Back angle, Legrest, Tilt and Rise functions of the porter chair.
The back cushions and seat cushion and chaise are all removable making it an adaptable chair. This chair has a 25 stone heavy duty legrest and comes in a choice of colours with 4-way stretch fabric on all contact surfaces.
With chairs of this weight capacity the portering aspect is to allow the chair to be moved around without the user in the chair. It would be extremely difficult to move the chair with a 40 stone person in it.

Delivery
All of our chairs are delivered to your home and set up in a downstairs room of your choice. This gives you peace of mind that your chair is set up where you need it and most importantly you know how to use it. Your chair will be unpacked and all packaging will be removed and taken away.
Your chair will be demonstrated to you and you will be asked to inspect your chair before we leave to make sure you are happy with your purchase and know how to use it and look after it. We sometimes use a third party to carry out this service.
This service is provided free of charge and is included in your price. We deliver to mainland UK only and are unable to deliver to the Highland and Islands (some parts of the Highlands are possible but will incur an extra charge) the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland. If in doubt please contact us.
If you require the chair to be placed in an upstairs room or flat/apartment, where no lift is available, then this will incur an extra charge of £90. Please call us for more details.
