At Stuart Mobility we’re a family business in every sense.  The business was created to meet the needs of our own family and provide for our children, offering a place where we can all work together around the demands of family life. 

Our service is inspired by my mum, who influences so much of what we do, from our ordering process to the way we interact with our customers.  And, finally, ours is a ‘family’ business because that’s largely who our customers are – families, who want the very best care for their parents, loved ones and relatives.

We offer good ‘old fashioned’ service, whilst still utilising the latest technology and developments, as buying a riser recliner chair can often be a multi-generational experience!  The riser recliner chair may be for yourself or for your mother or father, but you might also want the opinion of your children or grandchildren before making a purchase.  Each of you may choose a different way to research the product – whether that’s looking in person, leafing through a brochure, or checking out our website. 

While some people head straight for the internet for all their information, we appreciate that many of the older generations aren’t comfortable with ordering, browsing or even communicating online, which is why we offer a variety of ways to view our products and ask questions.  We’re all about the human touch at Stuart Mobility and we always feel better if we’ve spoken to you directly to ensure the chair you’re ordering will meet your needs!  

For our customers’ convenience, we no longer ask you to visit a showroom to view our range of riser recliners – instead, we bring a selection of chairs to your home

Not only does this reduce the need for unnecessary travel, which can be difficult for anyone with mobility problems, but it also means that you can view and try the chair in situ, so you know what it looks and feels like in your own home, surrounded by your other furniture.  You’ll have plenty of time to test out all its features, check that it can fully recline in the space, and ask your family for their thoughts, too.  It’s always nice to have other people’s opinions when you’re making an investment purchase like this. 

Obviously, we will also offer our expert advice and a full fitting service to ensure the chair you’ve selected is going to be suitable for your needs both now and in the future.  Your riser recliner needs to last, and provide all the support you want now and going forward.
